AirScape Custom Flanged Grilles - HEX Honeycomb Pattern


Every AirScape custom flanged grille is made to your specifications in 16 Ga thick galvanized steel on our state of the art metal punch. Select the LIST size, punch pattern, spacing, screw hole locations and finish. Then send it to use to take care of the rest.  The flanges are hemmed (bent over) to ensure a clean edge and to provide additional stiffness and strength to the grille.  They are intended for interior or exterior use in residential, commercial, industrial, retail, educational and healthcare applications. 

Note that the LIST size is the size of the hole/opening the grille flange fits into.  The flange is undercut 1/4" to ensure a good fit.  The overall size of the grille is 1.75" larger than the LIST size.

Grilles are usually built in 1-2 weeks. Add 2 weeks for powder coating (6 weeks for Bronze), if required. Please call us for time estimates on large orders and expedited production requests at 877-711-4822.

The recessed flange is undercut by 1/4" to accomodate any hole/duct variations.
